The Corazón del Valle development is hoping to receive it’s last funding allocation in December that will be needed to start construction! In the meantime, the project’s design has significantly progressed, consolidating the two buildings on the east into one larger building, increasing the size of the community-serving retail space to 2,500 square feet, and adding color to select parts of the project. Corazón del Valle is expected to start construction on the western part of the site in April 2021 with residents moving in starting in April 2023. Check out photos of the design below!

¡El desarrollo de Corazón del Valle espera recibir la última asignación de fondos en diciembre necesario para comenzar la construcción! Mientras tanto, el diseño del proyecto ha progresado considerablemente, consolidando los dos edificios al este a un edificio más grande, aumentando el tamaño del espacio comercial a 2500 pies cuadrados, y agregando color a partes del proyecto.
